Clients agree to contact SocialTush before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes may result in immediate suspension of services and submission of supporting documentation to the payment processor.


8. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days.Refunds will be returned using the original payment method whenever possible.Actual receipt of funds may depend on the customer's bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
